We are delighted to invite doctoral students in the arts to participate in the 6th edition of the Territory of Arts conference. You can send abstracts of papers for anonymous review – without mentioning the name and school or department in the text, in the range of 900–1200 words by May 31st 2019 via email to teritoria@amu.cz. Successful applicants will be informed by June 30th 2019.
Territory of Arts is a scientific conference for doctoral students of Art Schools. The conference is held annually from 2014 by the Academy of Performing Arts in Prague in cooperation with other Art Schools. Though there is no general topic of the conference, in the presenting and the debating part of the conference researchers will have the opportunity to explore new discussion frames and thematic concepts in the methodologically related blocks.
You can submit your papers in the field of Artistic Research and also those that focus closely on the methodology of research in the field of performing and visual arts. At the conference 20 minutes will be reserved for each abstract followed by discussion and peer-reviewed proceedings will be compiled from the conference papers.
